Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you book through one of them we may earn a commission, and the price you pay is the same. We help you choose a tour, but we do not sell or operate any tour ourselves. Every tour is run by an independent local operator, and the operator’s name appears on each listing.

By following a booking link you leave this site; the booking is made with GetYourGuide or Viator under that platform’s terms and the operator’s.

Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings are processed and fulfilled by the platform you choose (GetYourGuide or Viator) and by the tour operator.
  • By completing a booking, you agree to that platform’s terms and the operator’s policies: GetYourGuide General Terms and Conditions, Viator Terms of Use.
  • Booking confirmations and vouchers are issued by the platform you booked with.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are set by the platform and the operator and are shown on each listing before you pay.

To cancel or modify a booking: contact the platform you booked with, using the details in your booking confirmation email.

Prices Shown on This Site

Prices, ratings and review counts on this site are copied from the listings, with the month they were checked next to them. Operators change prices by season and by date. The price you pay is the one the booking platform shows at checkout.

Tour Operator Responsibility

  • The tour operator (not this website) is solely responsible for:

    • Running the tour safely and as described
    • The guides, the ships and their crews, the tenders, kayaks and bamboo boats, the cabins, the meals, the vehicles and the transfers
    • Weather and sea decisions, cancellations and changes
    • Passenger safety and insurance
    • Handling complaints or problems during the tour

  • In bad weather, when the port authorities stop boats going out, or for mechanical or safety reasons, the operator may cancel, reschedule or change a tour. Refund or new-date options follow the terms shown on the listing you booked.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • This website is a visitor guide that refers you to GetYourGuide and Viator. We are not liable for:

    • Tour quality, safety, or the accuracy of descriptions
    • Personal injury, loss, or damage during a tour
    • Cancellations, delays, or changes made by operators
    • Disputes between customers and operators

  • Cruises travel by road and by sea, transfer between boats by tender, and may include kayaking, swimming in open water, cave visits and cycling. Everyone takes part at their own risk and must follow the crew’s and the guide’s safety instructions, wear a life jacket when told to, and keep to the rules of the World Heritage area, the national park and the villages visited.

  • The operator’s own liability terms apply as stated in its booking conditions.

Tour titles, descriptions, images and prices come from GetYourGuide, Viator and the tour operators. All trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
